Terms & Conditions

These terms cover your use of PeakSkill and the purchase of pre-recorded course access. PeakSkill is run by Karamkonda Ranadeep Siddhartha (Udyam: UDYAM-TS-03-0078202), Karimnagar, Telangana, India. By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to these terms.

What we sell

Pre-recorded video lessons in C, PHP and HTML. One payment unlocks all three courses on your account for the plan you chose: the price and access duration displayed at checkout. There are no live classes and no per-course fees.

Accounts

• Give accurate details (name, email, WhatsApp number) when registering.
• Keep your password private. Your account is for your personal use only — do not share logins, screen-record the lessons, or re-upload the videos anywhere.
• We may suspend accounts that share login details or redistribute course material.

Payment and access

• Online payments are handled by PhonePe (UPI). We never see your UPI PIN or bank details.
• Access normally unlocks automatically right after payment. If it does not, message us on WhatsApp with your order reference and we will unlock it manually.
• The fee is not refunded after access is given — see the Refund Policy.
• If a payment is deducted but access fails, we will either unlock the plan or ensure the amount is returned — you will not lose money to a technical fault.

Ownership of the content

All lessons, practice files and site content belong to PeakSkill. Buying a plan gives you a personal, non-transferable right to watch during your plan period — it does not transfer ownership or any right to copy, resell or redistribute the material.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available at all times, but planned maintenance or events beyond our control may interrupt it. If a paid plan loses access for a long stretch, message us and we will make it right by extending your plan.

Changes

Course catalogue, prices and these terms may change. Changes never cut short a plan you have already paid for. The version in force when you paid governs your order.
